Excellent location, walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Great staff, clean and comfortable room. Perfect WiFi. Thin walls, but not a problem when hotel is full. Breakfast is mostly Italian with limited healthy options. exceeded expectations for the price.

The location of this hotel was amazing, making it easy to explore the city on foot. It was just a short walk from the train station and close to all the main attractions like the Duomo. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, from the housekeepers to the receptionists. They made us feel welcome and were always ready to assist us. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, providing us with enough space to move around comfortably. The accommodation may have been simple, but it was great value for money.
The beds in the hotel were quite hard and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. This was the main drawback of our stay.

We stayed at a well-situated hotel, just a short walk from the train station. The location was perfect for exploring Florence's main attractions, such as the Santa Maria Basilica and the central market. The staff were welcoming and helpful, offering luggage storage and providing train schedules. Our room was clean and the bathroom was in good working order. The buffet-style breakfast included a variety of options. the hotel provided a comfortable stay and convenient access to the city.
The breakfast options could be improved for the price.

For a great value for money, this hotel offers comfortable rooms with 2 wide beds and a small fridge. Its location in the city center is perfect, as it allows for easy access to all the sights of Florence. The staff is friendly and the breakfast has many options to choose from.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city. It is within walking distance to all the main sights and really close to the main Railways Station. You can easily get to the center and the transport options are convenient.
The noise from the street and neighboring rooms can be bothersome.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was warm, caring, and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and clean, and we were not bothered by any noise from the street. The hotel's location was ideal, being in the center of the city and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The breakfast, although typically Italian with croissants, bread, ham and cheese, fruits. The WiFi was strong and reliable.
Nothing to complain about at all.
